Upon arrival, there was a significant miscommunication regarding our reservation. I had booked for 3 nights but was informed I only had 2 nights, which led to a stressful situation. The front desk's response to our plea for assistance was not only unhelpful but shockingly dismissive, leaving us frustrated and disappointed with the lack of basic care for our family's needs.

Beautiful place for a family getaway!

We had an amazing time exploring the Aspen Recreation Center, where the kids loved the ice skating rink and aquatic center with its lazy river and slides. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to beautiful trails for family hikes and stunning views of the mountains.

For dads, it would be great if there were more on-site activities for the kids to enjoy while ensuring a bit of peace for parents. While the accommodations were comfortable, an upgrade to the play areas or family activities would elevate the experience.

Staying here was a dream! The spacious condo made us feel right at home, and the free shuttle was such a lifesaver for getting around. Just wish the restaurant was open during our stay. 🌟

Loved the beautiful mountain views and the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer. The balcony with firewood for the fireplace added to the coziness.
